Our bioinformatics lab pioneers proteogenomic and single-cell technologies to decode the "dark proteome," cancer evolution, and genetic disorders. Collaborating with clinicians, we focus on leukemia, small-cell lung cancer (SCLC), and neurodevelopmental diseases (e.g., autism, ADHD), integrating full-length transcriptomics, proteomics and Genomics to drive precision medicine.
